Our Story

Madison is a board-certified plastic surgery physician assistant and aesthetic injector. She began her career as a craniofacial and microvascular reconstruction surgical physician associate (PA-C) , where she specialized in anatomy of the face and body, down to the vascular level.

As a craniofacial reconstruction PA, Madison assisted in surgeries and helped provide post-operative care for those with congenital malformations, trauma reconstruction of the face, and cancer reconstruction of the face. As a microvascular reconstruction PA, Madison assisted in surgeries and helped provide post-operative care for those mostly with breast cancer, all under the scope of a world-renowned, well-respected and admired surgeon in the local Houston area.

She then went on to build her cosmetic surgery background and saw a significant volume of patients with aesthetic needs and goals. As her journey continued in plastic surgery in both the clinic and the operating room, she still continues to love the blend of both surgical and non-surgical procedures. With the dexterity she developed in the operating room, combined with a creative eye, Madison thoroughly enjoyed and continued to grow within the injectable world. Madison’s passion is first and foremost the care of her patients. With an ever-evolving aesthetic industry, integrity and quality care are the backbones of Madison's practice. Her philosophy will always be to create safe, natural results, helping patients to feel their best inside & out. Blending both scientific knowledge and artistic skill, Madison has created Plastikos Aesthetics as a practice founded on plastic surgery principles. The word "plastikos" is the Greek origin of the word "plastic," which means to shape or to mold.
